Our staffs are adequately trained to handle the intricacies of formulating and implementing maintenance and management strategies in a pro-active manner that help avoid the many common conflicts between the Client and the Owners and Tenants that may arise due to a relaxed reactive approach.
The management is prepared and keen to make the commitment to be of service to our client. We have the prerequisite skills, market presence and people to achieve this role. Once appointed, we are prepared to allocate whatever resources necessary to achieve success for the effective management of our Client. THE OBJECTIVE
As Property Manager, we relief our client from the day-to-day problems of managing the property and provide prompt services to Owners and Tenants. We provide the full range of management services including all administrative, financial, maintenance and asset management functions.
Although all planning and administrative works are carried out by us in the day-to-day management of the buildings, all major decisions and approvals on expenditures would rightly be your prerogative and this is duly respected by us. We believe that efficient property management calls for constant attention to details, the exercise of a variety of specialist skills, sound judgment resulting from experience and an awareness of the factors influencing rentals and values.
The expectations of Property Owners are high. We are therefore geared to maintaining the image and prestige of the development and in improving the value of the assets.
